From her humble beginnings as a Catering Manager at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital at the beginning of her career to being honoured with the highest national honour for her outstanding contributions to the catering and hospitality industries in Ghana – the Order of the Volta by the late President John Evans Atta Mills, Barbara Baeta has certainly left an indelible mark and is undeniably part of Ghanaian history in this regard.
